By accessing or using Pintch Point’s platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Pintch Point offers a platform for property management, which may include:

• Property listing and management tools
• Tenant screening and communication
• Rent collection and financial tracking
• Maintenance request handling and coordination
• Document uploads, storage, and sharing

3. User Accounts

To use our services, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration details
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Promptly notify Pintch Point of any unauthorized access
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under their account

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the intellectual property of others
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious content
• Attempting to disrupt or breach platform security
• Engage in disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior towards staff, partners, or other users

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees (if any) are billed in advance
• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Pintch Point reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination

6. Termination & Behavioral Expectations

Pintch Point may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Violations of laws or platform rules
• Non-payment of required fees
• Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior—even with an active subscription

Upon termination:

• Access to services will cease
• You remain liable for outstanding payments
• You must delete any downloaded materials

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pintch Point is not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data or unauthorized access
• Acts or omissions of third parties
• Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
